If you haven't made a purchase yet but are planning to do so, this information will help you protect yourself to the maximum and avoid possible misunderstandings.

According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection," we provide our customers with the right to exchange or return the purchased goods within 14 days after the purchase.
Requirements for returning the goods:
- The product has not been used and shows no signs of use: scratches, chips, wear marks.
- Presence of a receipt or another document confirming payment (payment receipt from the carrier's office).
- No installation and connection of equipment, no adjustments made.
- The product is in the same condition as at the time of purchase and transfer to the user (in good working condition, without any mechanical damage or defects).
- The product is fully complete, and the integrity of the packaging is not violated (all labels and factory markings are preserved).
Return of goods that do not meet the customer's criteria, which do not contradict Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection," is at the expense of the buyer.
Please note that if the item you sent is not eligible for return, it will be sent back at your expense.
If the item was purchased with a prepayment, the store refunds the prepayment to the customer within 7 days, deducting the shipping costs from the prepayment amount.
Returns and exchanges are not applicable to the following items:
- Food products
- Medicines
- Hygiene items
- Photo films, photographic plates, photographic paper
- Corset products
- Perfume and cosmetic products
- Feather and down products
- Children's toys: soft, rubber inflatable
- Personal hygiene items: toothbrushes, razors, shaving brushes, combs, massage brushes
- Mouthpiece
- Mutes (for wind musical instruments)
- Violin chin rests
- Gloves
- Textile products: fabrics, tulle and lace fabrics, carpet products by meter
- Underwear: nightwear, bed linen, hosiery
- Aerosol-packaged goods
- Printed publications
- Rolled and sheet metal products, pipe products, lumber, joinery (baseboards, moldings), sheet materials (fiberboard and particleboard, plywood), and glass, cut or cut to the size specified by the buyer (customer).
- Audio, video cassettes, laser-readable discs with recordings
- Products made of natural and artificial hair (wigs)
- Baby items (diapers, pacifiers, feeding bottles, etc.)
- Manicure and pedicure tools (scissors, files, etc.)
- Jewelry made of precious metals, precious stones, organogenic precious stones, and semi-precious stones.
Customers returning goods from other regions of Ukraine must send the goods to the specified warehouse of the carrier:

Please note: All transportation costs associated with exchange and return are paid by the sender! The services "Return Delivery" and "Cash on Delivery" must be canceled. Unpaid shipments by the sender are not accepted.
It is mandatory to inform the manager of the declaration number of the sent parcel, the order number, or the customer's mobile phone number (which was used for this order).
Affixing tape or any additional writing on the packaging of the goods is strictly prohibited!
