Hydroaccumulator UTHS 24:
The hydroaccumulator is a steel tank, inside of which there is an elastic membrane, which has the shape of a flask and divides the volume of the tank into two parts. In one part (in the membrane) there is water, in the other - air under pressure. When the pump is on, water fills the elastic membrane and compresses the air in the other part of the tank. If the pump is off, compressed air displaces water from the membrane, maintaining the set pressure in the system until the pump is automatically turned on.
Features of the UTHS 24 hydroaccumulator:
- The size of non-abrasive particles should not exceed 0.1 mm.
- The total content of mechanical impurities in water should not exceed 20 g / m3.
- Water should not have a high degree of mineralization - no more than 1500 g / m3 in dry residue.
- The acidity index (pH) should be in the range from 6.5 to 9.5.
- Chloride content - no more than 350 g / m3, hydrogen sulfide - no more than 1.5 g / m3.
- The operating range of the pumped water temperature is from +4 ° C to +99 ° C.
Characteristics of the UTHS 24 hydroaccumulator:
- Maximum working pressure: 0.5MPa
- EPDM membrane
- Accumulator capacity: 24L
- Maximum temperature: + 99 ° С
- Pipe diameter: G1-B
- Net / gross weight: 3.7 / 4.2kg
